化学镀镍液的缓冲容量与沉积速度的关系

摘    要:研究了用于化学镀镍液中的三种不同缓冲体系的pH值随加入酸量的变化情况,得出了相应的缓冲容量曲线。结果发现,NaAc—HAc缓冲体系的缓冲性能优于柠檬酸和丁二酸组成的缓冲体系,并且当化学镀镍液中同时含有醋酸、丁二酸、柠檬酸和其相应的盐时,这种复合体系在缓冲容量上存在着一定的正协同效应。在此基础上设计了缓冲性能较好的化学镀镍液。并对缓冲容量不同的溶液进行实镀测试。结果表明,高缓冲容量的镀镍液有着很好的pH值稳定性和稳定的镀速,进一步明确了化学镀镍的镀速是受pH值直接影响的。

Abstract:A chart of buffer capacity is drawn by measuring the pH values of three different buffer systems, which vary with the volume of added acid. When electroless nickel plating bath contains acetic acid, succinic acid, citric acid and their salts at the same time, the composite system has a certain positive synergistic effect in buffer capacity. Based on the above study, a bath with better buffer capacity has been designed and prepared. Electroless nickel plating baths with different buffer capacities are tested in practical plating also. The results show that the baths with higher buffer capacity possesses good pH stability and stable plating velocity, thus further defining that the plating speed is directly affected by pH value.
