摘    要:用会聚束电子衍射(CBED)对快速凝固(RS)Al-8.8wt%Fe-3wt%Ti合金中成分为85.6Ti-11.5Al-2.9Fe(wt%)的块状亚稳相的分析表明:它属于面心立方晶系,空间群为Fm3m,点阵常数α=0.426nm。作者认为这种块状相是在快凝合金中产生的一种新的三元亚稳相。

Abstract:Paticles obserued in a rapidly Solidified Al-8.8wt% Fe-3wt% Ti alloy have been identified as Ti-Al-Fe ternary intermetallic by using convergent beam electron diffraction (CBED) which is of cubic crystal Structure (a=0.426nm) With a space group Fm3m. It is suggested that these particles are a new Kind of metastable phase formed in the rapidly solidified alloy.
