修井动力水龙头疲劳有限元分析方法研究

摘    要:基于Palmgren-Miner疲劳损伤累加理论,提出了一种与动力水龙头工作实际相符的疲劳寿命有限元分析方法。在考虑应力集中、零件尺寸、表面条件、腐蚀状态及载荷变化影响的基础上,确定了满足FEM 1.001规范的材料S-N曲线计算和修正方法。以提环为研究对象,采用该方法进行疲劳寿命有限元模拟。结果表明,提环疲劳寿命值高于动力水龙头服役周期工作总次数,提环疲劳寿命满足设计要求。

Abstract:Based on the Palmgren-Miner theory, a fatigue life finite element method of power swivel, which was consistent with the actual operation, had been proposed. By considering stress concentration, part size, surface condition, corrosion status and influence of load changes, the calculation and correction method of the material S-N curve, which meets the FEM 1.001 standard, was determined. The fatigue life of bail in power swivel was researched by the proposed method. The results show that the fatigue life of bail is higher than the total service number of the power swivel, and the fatigue life of bail meets the design requirements.
