摘    要:本文主要讨论了Cu-Fe复合粉体在高能球磨过程中能量的储存以及变化情况,通过对球磨后Cu-Fe复合粉体进行XRD、DSC分析,来了解在球磨过程中的能量储存方式和变化情况,从而证明了这种储能对Cu-Fe烧结体烧结温度和制品性能的影响.X射线结果表明:随着球磨加工的进行,粉体的晶粒尺寸减小,复合粉体中Cu FCC(111)面的晶格常数变大.DSC分析的结果表明在粉体中储存大量的能量.晶粒尺寸的减小,晶格常数的变大以及颗粒的细化导致界面能、表面能及非平衡状态(晶格常数增大及各种缺陷增加)形成的能量是其储存能量的主要来源,大量储存的能量降低了复合粉体的烧结温度,改善了烧结体的强度和硬度.

Abstract:The storage and transformation of the energy in Cu-Fe compound powders during high energy ball milling were discussed in this paper.X-ray diffraction(XRD) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) were used to analyze the forms and the transformation of the stored energy.It was proved that the stored energy affected the sintering temperature and the performance of the sintered product.X-ray diffraction patterns showed that after the treatment of the high energy ball milling the grain size was reduced and lattice constant of CuFCC(111) was increased.Differential scanning calorimetry analyzing indicated that a lot of energy was stored in the milled powders.The interface energy,surface energy and non-equilibrium energy,which were induced by the reduction of the grain size,the increment of the lattice constant and the refinement of the particles,were the main forms of the stored energy.The large quantity stored energy reduced the sintering temperature and improved the intensity and the hardness of the diamond sintered product.
