| 摘 要： | 围绕建筑业行业竞争结构,就行业集中度、企业结构、员工规模等三方面定量计算并与发达国家或地区相比较,指出现阶段我国建筑业行业竞争结构不尽合理,存在行业集中度较低、建筑企业规模整体偏大等问题.“十二五”期间是我国建筑业行业竞争结构进一步调整的关键时期,建议从培育金字塔形的企业结构、促进各类企业健康发展、增强企业竞争力、适度提高行业进入壁垒、加强市场有效监管等方面优化行业竞争结构.

| Abstract: | To analyze the competition structure of construction industry,the data of market concentration ratio,enterprise structure and the size of work force were statistically evaluated and compared with developed countries.The comparison shows that the domestic construction market suffers from vicious competition,low industry concentration ratio and over-sized enterprise scale etc.In the Twelfth Five-Year Plan,it is vital to fix such problems.They can be overcome by optimizing enterprise structure to pyramid shape,encouraging sustainable development of enterprises,improving enterprise competitiveness,rising industry barrier to avoid vicious competition and enhancing market supervision and regulation,etc. |
