| 摘 要： | 工程造价的合理确定与有效控制是工程项目管理的核心内容,我国现阶段建筑施工企业实行管理模式在对控制项目成本,获得最大经济效益的目的仍存在一定难度。从严谨施工合同、细化施工管理等方面进行探讨,力求解决施工阶段造价管理中的重点和难点问题。
