摘    要:以聚硅氧烷为先驱体,采用先驱体转化法制备SiCf/Si-O-C复合材料。研究制备工艺参数模压压力、裂解时升温制度、裂解温度、保温时间对材料的力学性能的影响。通过对复合材料微观结构的分析研究,发现界面结构与致密度是影响SiCf/Si-O-C复合材料性能的主要因素。

Abstract:In this paper,silicon carbide fiber reinforced siliconoxycarbide(Si-O-C) composites were fabricated via precursor infiltration and pyrolysis using polysiloxane.The process parameters such as molding pressure,heating rate,pyrolysizing temperature and holding time were studied.The influence of these parameters on the mechanical properties of the SiC_f/Si-O-C composite was also analyzed.Microstructure and properties of SiC_f/Si-O-C composites was discussed,the high properties were mainly attributed to ideal interfacial structure and density.
