摘    要:采用多元线性回归的方法得到了Cr-Ni-Mo半激冷凸轮轴时归位和轴颈硬度方程,分析认为,适当提高Cr-Ni-Mo半激冷凸轮轴的w(Cr)量,适当降低w(C)和w(Si)量,以及适当增加铁液浇注前三角试片的白口深度,可以有效地提高Cr-Ni-Mo半激冷凸轮轴时归位和轴颈的硬度,从而有效地避免凸轮轴发生早期断裂失效。

Abstract:The hardness equation of timing position and the hardness equation of timing shaft were obtained by using multiple linear regression equation. It was considered by analysis that it is possible by properly increasing Cr content,properly decreasing C content and Si content,and as well as properly increasing chilling width of the iron melt before pouring to effectively increase hardness of the timing position and timing shaft and thereby to avoid early fracture of the Cr-Ni-Mo alloyed semi-chilled camshaft.
