混流装配线负荷平衡方法研究及应用

摘    要:发动机混流装配生产线是对不同型号发动机顺序装配的流水线工艺程.为了提高装配质量和生产效率,充分利用资源,对发动机混流装配生产线规划设计的平衡问题和投产顺序问题进行了研究,建立了工作站内部和工作站之间负荷均衡以及最小化工作站闲置时间的数学模型,并通过实例验证了该方法有效地提高了整个装配线的生产效率.

Abstract:The mixed assembly flow line of vehicle engines is a technology that assembles different types ot engines m a particular order. In order to enhance assembly quality and production efficiency and make full use of production resources, this paper studied the design balance and production order of the mixed model assembly flow line about vehicle engines, put up the load balancing mathematics model among the workstations and internal workstation and established minimizing the workstation idle time mathematical model. At last, an example is effective to improve the efficiency of assembly line.
