洞庭湖分蓄洪区实时洪水调度系统的研制

摘    要:论述了洞庭湖分蓄洪区实时洪水调度系统的开发目标、系统的结构和组成及洪水调度主模块的建立.采用现代软件工程理论,嵌入组件化的洪水调度模型,并与地理信息系统相集成,建立了功能强大的洞庭湖洪水实时调度系统.该系统界面友好,操作简单,易于扩展和集成到其他系统中,能根据不断更新的短期来水预报,进行洪水"预报—分析—计算—决策—实施—校正"的前向卷动实时调度,从而为防洪实时调度决策提供技术支持.

Abstract:The master design of real-time flood control system of storage and detention basin in the Dongting Lake,construction and composition of the system,establishment of flood control module are described.The real-time flood control system is established by introducing modern software engineering,and embedding flood control model based on COM technique and integrating geographic information system.The system has friendly interface and simple operation;and it is easy to embed in other system and can carry out real-time flood control process including "forecast-analysis-computation-decision-implementation-emendation" by new flood forecast production so as to provide technical support for real-time flood control decision.
