一株谷胱甘肽产生菌的诱变筛选与鉴定

摘    要:
从葡萄中分离出1株GSH产生菌,并通过对其紫外诱变40S结合ZnCl2(1.2g/L)与L-甲硫氨酸(40g/L)的复合抗性而筛选出1株谷胱甘肽的高产诱变菌pt-32-3。经18sDNA分子生物学鉴定为假丝酵母属,通过液相色谱检测诱变后的菌株谷胱甘肽产量为120mg/L以上,是原始菌株产量的1.5倍,为下一步工作奠定基础。

Abstract:
A GSH-producing strain(pt) was isolated from grape,then it was processed by UV mutagenesis for 40 s and screened by ZnCl2(1.2 g/L)and L-methionine(40 g/L).Finally,a glutathione-producing strain pt-32-3,which was Candida by 18sDNA and its yield of GSH was above 120 mg/L(1.5 times than original strain) through HPLC detection,was obtained.This study had laid solid foundation for further research.
