面板对钎焊蜂窝铝板平压性能的影响

摘    要:钎焊蜂窝铝板面板与蜂窝芯之间为冶金结合,各种性能指标均强于同种规格的胶粘蜂窝铝板.主要研究钎焊蜂窝铝板在有无面板的条件下的平压性能.结果表明,有无面板的钎焊蜂窝铝板的平压性能相差不大;在不降低蜂窝板平压强度的前提下,可以通过减小面板厚度来达到降低蜂窝板密度的目的.

Abstract:The brazing junction between panel and core is metallurgical combination in brazed aluminum honeycomb panel(BAHP), and all of mechanics properties are better than glued aluminum honeycomb panel(GAHP) at the same standard . In this paper, the flatwise compression of BAHP at the condition of having facepanel or not is studied. It is showed that the flatwise compression of BAHP is same;the density can be reduced by decreasing the thickness of facepanel, without intensity loss.
