摘    要:本文对针织机械中三角凸轮驱动织针进行了针织运动动力学分析,给出了一种基于直线电机驱动原理的电织针的设计要求:(1)电织针往复运动行程20mm;(2)往复运动频率60Hz;(3)电织针的最大加速度达到大约29个重力加速度。永磁体面对面安装动圈式直线电机结构有能力满足这一设计要求,合理的电织针驱动电流密度与电织针散热设计是进一步提高电织针动力学性能,同时也是提高针织织机性能指标最有效的方法。

Dynamics Based Electric Motor Model Selection for Electric-Knitting-Needle Design

Abstract:This paper studies the dynamics of knitting needles regarding mechanical Cam-Driving and put forward a set off reference requirements for Linear-Motor-Driving knitting needle design,which includes: 1).back-and-forth range is 20mm,2).back-and-forth frequency is 60Hz,3).maximum acceleration is no less than 29G.It is found that the face-to-face magnet based flat linear motor would satisfy recommended requirements.It's the most efficient way to adopt appropriate driving current density and heat design schema to improve the dynamic performance of knitting needles,thus better knitting machine performance could be achieved.
