露天煤矿火区成组炮孔与双人制起爆实践

摘    要:针对露天煤矿火区爆破安全和水资源匮乏降温困难的问题,结合福强露天煤矿火区爆破开采工程,将高温炮孔分为2类,第1类为120以下的炮孔,第2类为120℃以上的炮孔,并确定高温炮孔必须降至120℃以下再实施爆破作业。提出了成组炮孔设置形式和双人制作业,谁装药谁起爆的现场组织管理模式,以减小起爆安全距离或多组轮流作业方式,完成起爆主线与起爆器的连接、充电、起爆一系列操作。有效地解决了露天煤矿火区爆破开采中降温困难、爆破器材受高温作用发生燃烧等问题,阻止了因多人作业现场混乱和误操作等原因导致的早爆事故,保障了煤矿火区爆破作业安全,并取得规模爆破的效果,可为类似露天煤矿火区爆破开采提供参考。

Practice of blast hole group and two-man rule blasting in open-pit coal mine fire area

Abstract:In view of the problems of blasting safety and water shortage in open-pit coal mine fire area, combined with the blasting mining project in Fu-qiang open-pit coal mine fire area, high-temperature blasting holes are divided into two categories : the first type is below 120℃, the second type is above 120, and it is determined that high-temperature blasting holes must be below 120℃ before blasting operation.In order to reduce the safe distance of initiation or to complete a series of operations such as connection, charging and initiation between the main line of initiation and the initiator, the paper puts forward the mode of setting up group holes and the mode of field organization and management of duplex production and who charges and who detonates, so as to reduce the safe distance of initiation or the mode of multi-group rotation operation.It effectively solves the problems of difficult cooling in blasting mining of open pit coal mine fire area and burning of blasting materials under high temperature, prevents the early blasting accident caused by confusion and misoperation of many people's working site, ensures the safety of blasting operation in coal mine fire area, and achieves the effect of large-scale blasting, which can provide reference for blasting mining of similar open pit coal mine fire area.
