摘    要:针对高层建筑物爆破拆除中,周边环境复杂、建筑物结构复杂、爆破难度大、安全性差等突出问题,提出了高层建筑物多切口大角度定向爆破技术,并结合复杂环境下106.5 m高的办公大楼爆破拆除工程,先从多切口布置、切口角度选取和立体交叉起爆网路方面详细阐述此技术原理,再介绍了通过精细化设计,合理的施工组织,顺利完成了该大楼爆破拆除的过程。此项技术应用效果良好,满足设计预期及规范要求,并创造了良好的社会和经济效益,对类似建筑物爆破拆除提供了很好的借鉴作用。

Abstract:Aim at the prominent question of the complex surrounding environment, the complex building structure, the blasting difficulty, the poor safety in the demolition of high-rise buildings by blasting, put forward the technology of multiple incision and large angle directional blasting in high-rise buildings. And from three aspects of multiple notch arrangement, selection of incision angle and solid cross detonation detail principle of this technique and detailed design, reasonable construction organization were introduced. This technique was innovatively applied in blasting demolition of106.5 m high-rise buildings in complex environment. The demolition of the building was completed successfully, and good social and economic benefits were created. This technique has good application effect, meets the design expectation and the specification request, provides the very good reference function to the similar building blasting demolition.
