湖南省现代水利信息技术平台实践研究

摘    要:为促进湖南省水利管理智慧化,推进水利现代化,以湖南省省水利工程大数据融合为基础,各类水利数字工程和专业分析数学等模型为支撑,智能决策和智慧应用服务为出发点,对现代水利信息技术平台进行探索,主要研究水利信息技术平台中的工程可视化系统。该系统采用物联网、建筑信息模型、三维地理信息系统、BIM轻量化引擎等技术方法,定制化开发各项功能,通过分析典型堤垸、规划管理及工程建设管理等3个典型应用场景的建设,表明了平台在不同场景下的都可适用。本研究可推动水利数字工程的实施和应用,提升水利信息化应用水平,促进水利工程管理现代化。

Practical Research on Hunan Modern Water Conservancy Information Technology Platform

Abstract:In order to promote the intellectualization of water conservancy management in Hunan Province and promote the modernization of water conservancy, based on the integration of Big data of water conservancy projects in Hunan Province, supported by various models of digital water conservancy projects and professional analytical mathematics, and starting from intelligent decision-making and intelligent application services, this paper explores the modern water conservancy information technology platform, mainly studying the engineering visualization system in the water conservancy information technology platform. The system uses technology methods such as Internet of Things, Building information modeling, 3D geographic information system, and BIM lightweight engine to customize the development of various functions. By analyzing the construction of three typical application scenarios, including typical embankments, planning management, and engineering construction management, it shows that the platform is applicable in different scenarios. This study can promote the implementation and application of water conservancy digital engineering, improve the level of water conservancy information application, and promote the modernization of water conservancy project management. .
