摘    要:通过溶液法,用水溶性生物材料海藻酸钠(SA)作为模板,控制合成三维结构形貌的纳米氧化锌(ZnO),所得制品经X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)表征测试,研究表明,SA能够有效抑制ZnO纳米晶体在碱性溶液中的一维生长趋势。

Sodium Alginate Assisted Synthesis of Nano-zinc Oxide

Abstract:Three-dimensional(3D) nano-ZnO was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis using a water-soluble biopolymer SA as a soft template.The products were characterized by XRD and SEM.The effects of SA and ammonia concentration on the morphology of ZnO nanocrystals were studied.The results showed that SA could effectively prohibit the elongation of ZnO nanocrystals.A possible growth mechanism of the 3D ZnO superstructures based on typical biopolymer crystal interactions in aqueous solution was tentatively proposed.
