PTT纤维梳理工艺设计与优化

摘    要:通过改变刺辊转速、刺辊与给棉板隔距、锡林与盖板隔距等工艺参数研究了PTT纤维的梳理工艺,探讨了不同梳理工艺对生条棉结数量、短绒率及纤维长度不匀率的影响。结果表明,纤维长度不匀率随梳理工艺变化而显著变化,锡林与盖板间隔距对生条棉结数量、短绒率及纤维长度不匀率的影响最大。

Abstract:Carding process of polytrimethylene terephthalate fiber was researched through changing speed of taker-in and gauge between taker-in and feeding flat and between cylinder and flat with discussing of influence of different carding process on neps creation, short fiber content and fiber length irregularity given. The result shows that the influence of carding process on fiber length irregularity and flat gauge on neps creation, short fiber content and fiber length irregularity are mostly evident.
