低硅铁尾矿微晶玻璃研制

摘    要:以武钢程潮铁矿的低硅铁尾矿为原料 ,根据其主要成分特点 ,设计了一种四元体系的微晶玻璃原料 ,经选择合理的工艺制度和晶核剂 ,在控制条件下制取了以透辉石为主晶相的微晶玻璃 ,并经X 衍射、扫描电镜和偏光显微镜分析 ,证实了样品的基本性能 ,为该类型铁尾矿的综合利用开辟了一条新途径。

Abstract:In this study,we designed a quaternary microcrystalline glass using the low silica iron ore tailings as raw material from Chengchao Iron Ore Mine of Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation,chose appropriate nucleation agents and technological process,and then produced a kind of microcrystalline glass with diopside as the major crystal phase.The structures and properties of the glass were confirmed by x ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and polarized light microscopic analyses. This research made it possible to utilize the low silica iron ore tailings in microcrystalline glass production and pointed out a way to the comprehensive utilization of this type of iron ore tailings.
