双层球形容器整体液压胀形有限元数值模拟

摘    要:本文基于弹塑性大变形三维非线性有限元和间隙接触元,首镒对棱台型双层无间隙球形容器无模胀球成型过程进行了较全面的数值模拟,得到了内外层球壳板面主形规律和胀球过程中不同位置处法向接触力的大小与分布规律,卸载后的间隙分布及贴合情况,内外层壁厚的变化规律。

Abstract:Based on the theory of elastic-plastic large deformation and the model of three-dimension solid element and contacted-gap element, it is the first time to numerically simulate the whole hydrobulging process of the double-layer spherical vessel. The research reveals the deformation regularity of the inner and outer petal shells. The value and distribution of the normal contact force in different positions have been gotten. After bulging, it has been explored how the gaps are between two layers are distributed and how they keep close with each other, and also the inner and outer shells thickness changing regularity. The research coincides with the experimental results.
