知识型企业知识员工的模糊综合评价

摘    要:针对如何对知识型企业知识员工进行综合评价的问题,从知识型企业和知识员工的概念与特征出发,分析了知识是员工综合评价指标体系的构建依据,建立了一套包括品德、智力、能力、关健素质、绩效等五个方面的综合评价指标体系,在此基础上,给出了一种基于模糊理论的知识员工综合评价方法,并通过一个算例说明了给出方法的应用,为知识型企业制定知识员工人力资源管理政策提供了依据.

Abstract:Targeting the way of comprehensive appraisal of the knowledge employees in knowledge-based enterprises,the foundation of establishing the index system of comprehensive appraisal is analyzed in terms of the concepts and characteristics of the employees.An index system of comprehensive appraisal involving morality,intelligence,ability,key quality and performance is set up.Based on the system,a fuzzy comprehensive appraisal method is presented.Finally,an example is given to illustrate the application of the proposed method,which offers a foundation for human resources management of knowledge-based enterprises.
