缓蚀剂在油气田的应用

简要介绍了金属腐蚀与防护研究所在界面型缓蚀剂基础研究方面的最新进展和应用于油、气田的各种缓蚀剂的研究情况.研究成功的缓蚀剂包括:保护含硫气井的具有挥发性而又有后效的缓蚀剂,华北油田抑制二氧化碳腐蚀的缓蚀剂,吉林乾安油田高HCO_3~-、高Cl~-含量伴生水缓蚀剂和中原油田低pH值、高矿化度、高氯离子并有硫化氢的介质中的缓蚀剂.

Application of Inhibitors in Gas and Oil Fields

The latest advance in the fundamental research on the mechanisms of interface inhibitors and researches on the inhibitors used in the oil and gas extraction industries were briefly introduced. Inhibitors have been successfully developed and applied to control the corrosion in H2S-containing gas wells in Sichuan Gas Field,the corrosion in oil wells with high content of CO2 in Huabei Oil Field, and the corrosion in the sewage with high contents of HCO3- and Cl-ions in Jian'an Oil Field and the corrosion in the sewage with high contents of HCO3- and Cl- ions in Jian'an Oil Field and the corrosion in the sewage with high content of Cl-,low pH value, noticeable contents of CO2,H2S and sulfate-reducing bacteria in Zhongyuan Oil Field.
