网阵结构对变压吸附装置性能的影响

摘    要:对变压吸附制氧装置吸附床结构进行改进,加入金属肋片构成网阵,并根据PSA气体分离理论对改进后的吸附床进行吸附以及解吸过程的数值计算,分析了空气流过加入金属肋片的吸附床时,金属肋片结构对吸附性能的影响。采用局部能量平衡方程以及吸附动力学方程作为数学模型,对吸附反应器的主要设计参数进行分析。改变网状结构尺寸以及内表面接触热阻,通过计算机模拟得到金属肋片结构参数与吸附动力的关系,以及对提高吸附反应器工作效率的影响。

Abstract:This paper presents a numerical simulation of the sorption process and desorption process under constant pressure conditions using a finned adsorption reactor.The local thermodynamic equilibrium and energy balance is derived as governing equation in this paper.The model is used to analyze the effect of the metallic fins on the performance of adsorption reactor.It is presented that using the finned structure at sufficiently small intervals and reducing the contact resistance at the interface can improve sorption kinetics.The design of metal-adsorbent can improve the efficiency of the adsorption reactor.
