| Abstract: | In this paper, by using the two-grade comprehensive evaluation principle with the fuzzy mathamatic method, the comprehensive benefits oi built engineering are analyzed qualitatively, based on the assessment index model of the comprehensive bene-fits about the built underground commercial streets. A method is put forward to scien-tifically and qualitatively predict the comprehensive benefits of engineering. |
