摘    要:高炉热流强度在线检测与分析系统通过对高炉冷却壁水量和水温在线检测,利用计算机软件进行数据处理,计算高炉冷却壁热流强度,判断高炉内部热流分布情况,了解高炉各部位冷却强度的变化,为高炉操作人员提供有效的操作指导。

Abstract:The on-line testing and analysis system of heat flow intensity of blast furnace conducted on-line testing of water amount and water temperature of blast furnace cooling wall. Computer software was used to conduct data processing, to calculate heat flow intensity of blast furnace cooling wall and to estimate heat flow distribution inside the blast furnace, so as to understand variation of cooling intensity in various parts of the blast furnace. It gave an effective reference to operators of the blast furnace.
