摘    要:地质勘探用的高压钻井泵多为往复式活塞泵 ,钻井液直接进入缸套 ,其中的泥砂对缸套和活塞的磨粒磨损相当严重。针对这种状况 ,开发了地质勘探用隔离泥砂的囊式钻井泵 ,它采用一种改进的泥砂不进入活塞和缸套的结构 ,即在缸头位置安装塑胶隔砂囊 ,隔离泥砂 ,隔砂囊内充满机油或液压油 ,使活塞和缸套处于全润滑状态 ,高压密封性改善 ,不会被钻井液中的砂粒损伤 ,不必频繁更换缸套和活塞 ,使用寿命增加几十倍 ,甚至百倍以上 ;动力机组功率显著降低 ,试验和应用中动力节省 40 %~ 5 5 %。

Abstract:High pressure drill pumps used for geological prospecting are mostly reciprocati ng piston pumps, of which the piston and cylinder liner are often abrased by san d particles in the mud. To solve this problem, a new drill pump with antisand ch amber is developed. Fixed on the top of the cylinder liner, the antisand chamber is filled up with engine oil or hydraulic oil to lubricate the piston and cylin der liner and to improve the high pressure sealing performance. The sand particl es are isolated and prevented from entering the piston and liner, therefore the service life of the piston and liner is extended greatly. In addition, the power output of the diesel engine set is decreased remarkably.
