| 摘 要： | 设计并开发了基于Linux的新型能量管理系统软件，该软件充分利用了自由软件资源。系统采用面向对象的方法分析、设计和编程，采用多层开放式的软件结构，充分保证了可移植性和开放性。介绍了该系统的软件结构和现场应用情况。

| Abstract: | Based on L inux operation system,this paper develops a new type of EMS software.It exploits the abundant free software.The software is analyzed,designed and programm ed by object- oriented m ethod.By use of the open multi- layer structure,the EMS software is open and transferable.The new system's software structure and the field experience in utility are introduced. |
