摘    要:某油田3台热功率为1500kW掺水加热炉加热盘管采用蛇形管结构,盘管内壁易结垢,清洗周期短,影响原油生产。将蛇形管式盘管结构改造成可拆卸的浮头式换热器结构,换热管内壁涂覆防垢涂层,对改造后的运行效果及经济性进行了分析。

Abstract:1 500 kW heating coils of three watered heating furnaces in an oilfield adopt serpentine pipe structure, scaling is easy in the inner wall of the coil, and the cleaning cycle is short, which affects crude oil production. The serpentine pipe structure is transformed into detachable floating head-type heat exchanger structure, and the anti-fouling coating is applied to heat exchange tube. The operating eftect and economy after the transformation are analyzed.
