平整液对冷轧钢板表面耐蚀性能的影响

摘    要:通过采用电化学方法、开尔文探头测试技术、红外光谱法、工业大气挂片等试验方法对无机平整液A与有机型平整液B两种不同类平整液对冷轧钢板表面耐蚀性能的影响进行了对比研究.结果表明:无机平整液在冷轧钢板表面的成膜速度及其耐蚀性能优于有机平整液;然而无机平整液与后道工序所用防锈油的兼容性能不如有机平整液.

Abstract:Effects of two different types of tempering lubricant on corrosion resistance of cold-rolled steel sheet surface were studied through various testing methods. Results show that film-forming speed and corrosion resistance of inorganic tempering lubricant are superior to those of organic tempering lubricant. However, compatibility of inorganic tempering lubricant with anti-rust oil used in subsequent working procedure is worse than that of organic tempering lubricant.
