摘    要:为了改善测定喷气燃料银片腐蚀试验时间过长的问题,利用提高试验温度和电化学方法,选择一种物质与银片构成原电池,加速银片腐蚀速度,缩短化验时间,快速判断喷气燃料银片腐蚀是否合格,结果表明,与同类标准SH/T0023-90方法相比,测定温度从50℃上升到80℃,测定时间由4h缩短为50min,试验结果与标准方法一致,喷气燃料银片腐蚀快速试验法具有操作简便,重现性好等优点,可以满足快速检验喷气燃料银片腐蚀的要求。

Abstract:A rapid corrosion test method for jet fuel has been developed for shortening the test time of the standard silver strip corrosion test. It was based on raising the test temperature and using the qualitative method of electrochemistry, a certain substance was selected to form primary cell with the silver strip, which accelerated the corrosion rate of silver strip and therefore shortened the test time. In comparison with the standard method SH/T0023-90, the experimental results showed that the test time was shortened from 4h to 50min at a test temperature increased from 50 ℃ to 80 ℃, and the test results were equivalent. The new method was simple and reproducible, which could fulfill the demand of fast test.
