| 摘 要： | 采用了扫描电镜、电子探针和X衍射技术对0Cr18Ni9不锈钢上的Al-Cr热浸扩散涂层在氧化前后的组织、结构及元素分布进行了分析。试验结果表明:Al-4％Cr热浸扩散涂层具有优异的抗氧化性能,涂层中添加适量的Cr能显著提高Al-Cr涂层的抗氧化性能。

| Abstract: | The protection mechanism and failure process of Al-Cr dipped diffusion coating are studied.The morphology, microstructure and distribution of elements in the coating before and after oxidation are investigated by means of optical microscopy, SEM, EMPA and X-ray diffraction. The results shov that Al-4%Cr dipped diffusion coating has a better oxidation resistance and proper addition of Cr element can enhance the oxidation resistance of Al-Cr coating. |
