骨架镍液相催化加氢制甲基异丁基甲醇

摘    要:研究了以骨架镍催化剂液相催化加氢制备甲基异丁基甲醇的工艺。考察了骨架镍催化剂的活化条件、加氢反应温度、氢气压力、搅拌转速及催化剂的用量对加氢反应的影响,确定了骨架镍催化剂最适宜的活化条件(碱液质量分数20.00%,活化温度90℃,活化时间3h)和加氢反应的最佳工艺条件(反应温度105~115℃,氢气压力1.2M Pa,搅拌转速1 000r/m in,催化剂用量30g/L)。实验结果表明,在最佳工艺条件下,甲基异丁基甲酮的转化率达到100.0%,甲基异丁基甲醇的收率可达99.3%。骨架镍催化剂具有良好的稳定性和反应活性,可重复使用60次。

Abstract:Preparation of methyl isobutyl carbinol(MIBC)was studied by catalytic hydrogenation of methyl isobutyl ketone(MIBK)in liquid phase on Raney nickel catalyst.Effects of catalyst preparation and hydrogenation conditions,namely alkali solution concentration,catalyst activation temperature and time,hydrogenation temperature,hydrogen pressure,stirring rate and catalyst dosage,on hydrogenation were investigated.Under optimal catalyst preparation and MIBK hydrogenation conditions:alkali solution mass fraction 20.00%,catalyst activation temperature 90℃ and activation time 3h,hydrogenation temperature of MIBK 105-115℃,hydrogen pressure 1.2MPa,stirring rate 1 000r/min and catalyst dosage 30g/L,conversion of MIBK and yield of MIBC could reach 100.0% and 99.3%,respectively.The catalyst was reused for 60 cycles and could still maintain its activity.
