摘    要:
对某低品位磁铁矿石进行了可选性实验研究,研究结果表明,该矿石为粗粒嵌布低品位磁铁矿石,阶段磨选工艺可有效实现节能减排、降本增效的目标。其适宜的磨矿细度为一、二段磨矿产品-200目含量分别占60%和85%;粗选、精选磁场强度均为120 kA/m。最终精矿铁品位达66.58%,回收率达81.34%,取得较好的选矿技术指标。

Abstract:
Washability experimental research was done on a low grade magnetic iron ore, research result indicates, this ore belongs to coarse grain disseminated low grade magnetic iron ore, staged grinding technology could realize energy saving and emission reduction, cost decreasing and effect increasing effectively. Suitable grinding fineness is -200 mesh content of the first and secondary stage ore grinding product take 60% and 85% separately; magnetic density of rough concentration and ore concentrate both are 120 kA/m。Finally iron grade of ore concentrate reached to 66.58%,recovery rate reached to 81.34%,a good beneficiation technical indicators were obtained.
