认识十分小镇

25台北以东有一座小镇叫作“十分”。那里有许多可看可玩的事物,所以很适合游客来游玩。不过在大约一百年前,那里曾经是一座煤矿小镇。当时,有十个家庭住在这座小镇上。每当有人载运生活必需品到这座小镇来,他们就会买很多,然后分成十份。在中文里,“十分”的意思是分成十份,所以这座小镇才会叫作十分小镇。

SHIFEN

25 East of Taipei lies a small town called Shifen.It has many things to see and do,so it is a great place for visitors.But about 100 years ago,it was a coal minina town.At that time,10 families lived in the town.When people bought supplies for the town,they would buy a lot.Then they divided the supplies into 10 parts.In Chinese,shi fen(十分)means 10 parts.That is why the town is called Shifen.
