摘    要:以厂坝铅锌矿地表存在的露天采坑及塌陷区为研究对象,露天坑以 1 298 m 水平(封闭圈)为界,分为Ⅰ 期、Ⅱ期治理工程。 采用矿业软件 Dimine 对露天坑体积进行了估算,在综合分析国内外露天坑治理现状的基础上同 时结合矿山实际情况,提出了采用全尾砂胶结充填治理厂坝铅锌矿存在的露天采坑及塌陷区的合理方案,并制定了 治理过程中的安全控制措施。 对确定的全尾砂胶结充填材料进行了充填试验,确定Ⅰ期治理工程充填砂浆浓度为 69%、灰砂比 1 ∶20;Ⅱ期治理工程充填砂浆浓度为 69%、灰砂比 1 ∶15。 采用数值分析,就Ⅰ期治理工程对井下采矿的 影响、Ⅱ期治理工程充填体形成的边坡的稳定性进行了分析研究。 研究方案实施后,既解决了露天坑及塌陷区对生 态环境的破坏问题,同时将废弃露天坑进行技术改造,使其变废为宝,为企业增加经济效益,同时降低了潜在的安全 风险。

Abstract:Taking the open pit and subsided area existing on the surface of Changba Lead-Zinc Mine as the research object,the open pit is divided into phase I and phase II treatment project with the level of 1 298 m(closed circle) as the boundary. For open pit mining software Dimine volume is used to estimate,on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the domestic current situation of the exposed tiankeng governance on in combination with the practical situation of mine at the same time,puts forward the backfilling materials adopts full governance cemented filling plant dam lead-zinc deposit exists in the open mining pit and subsidence of reasonable plan,and formulate measures for the safety control in the process of governance. The filling test is carried out on the confirmed cemented filling materials of the whole tailings. The filling mortar concentration of phase I treatment project is 69% and the cement-sand ratio is 1 ∶20. The concentration of filling mortar in phase Ⅱ treatment project is 69% and the ratio of cement to sand is 1 ∶15. Using numerical analysis,the influence of phase I treatment project on underground mining and the stability of the slope formed by the backfill in the treatment project are analyzed and studied. After the implementation of the research scheme,the damage to the ecological environment caused by open pits and subsidence areas was solved,and the abandoned open pits were transformed into treasures through technical transformation,which increased the economic benefits for enterprises and reduced the potential safety risks.
