脉状和砂状金红石的可浮性差异及机理研究

摘    要:过单矿物浮选试验,考察了在油酸钠捕收剂体系中脉状和砂状金红石的可浮性差异。 采用 X 射线光 电子能谱检测、接触角测定、Zeta 电位测定、红外光谱测定以及浮选溶液化学计算,对脉状和砂状金红石可浮性差异的 机理进行了研究,结果表明,脉状和砂状金红石可浮性差异较大,砂状金红石可浮性优于脉状金红石。 X 射线光电子 能谱分析表明,砂状金红石表面钛、铝等金属元素相对含量更高,这说明砂状金红石表面有更多的活性位点,更利于 油酸钠在矿物表面的吸附。 接触角测定结果表明,油酸钠更易在活性位点较多的砂状金红石表面吸附。 通过 Zeta 电 位和红外光谱测定,结合浮选溶液化学计算,进一步说明了不同类型金红石表面活性位点数不同,进而影响矿物可浮 性,即活性位点越多,矿物可浮性越好。

Abstract:The floatability difference of veined and sandy rutile in sodium oleate collector system was investigated by single mineral flotation test. By means of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,contact angle measurement,Zeta potential,infrared spectroscopy and solution chemistry calculations,the flotation mechanism of veined and sandy rutile was studied. The experimental results indicate that there is a great difference in the floatability of veined and sandy rutile,and sandy rutile is better than that of veined rutile. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) showed that the relative content of titanium,aluminum and other metal elements on the surface of the sandy rutile is higher,indicating more active sites on the surface of sandy rutile,which was more favorable for the adsorption of sodium oleate on the mineral surface. The determination of contact angle shows that sodium oleate is more easily adsorbed on the surface of sandy rutile with more active sites. Through Zeta potential and infrared spectrum determination,combined with the chemical calculation of flotation solution,the number of active sites on the surface of different types of rutile and its influence on flotation were further explained,that is,the more active sites,the better the flotation of minerals.
