Design of air conditioning systems for super high-rise complex of Haiyun Plaza in Rizhao

The project is an intelligent material trade complex integrating high-level offices and five-star hotel.This paper presents the cold and heat sources,air and water systems of air conditioning system and some points deserving to be noticed.The hotel area adopts separate cold source of magnetic levitation variable frequency centrifugal water chillers and heat source of municipal heating network,the office area adopts centrifugal water chiller plus screw water chiller as cold source and municipal heating network as heat source,and the top sightseeing floor applies VRF air conditioning system.The air conditioning systems of hotel and office adopt four-pipe primary variable flow rate system,and the zoning of water system is presented in details.Single air duct constant(variable)flow rate all-air system and fan-coil plus outdoor air system have been applied in this project.
