摘    要:针对智能电能表偶发超出阈值范围的电流电压采样值、谐波测量中会出现栅栏及频谱泄露、电路浪涌等问题,在均值滤波算法、FFT算法基础上提出了加阈值防脉冲干扰均值滤波算法和改进FFT算法,较好地解决了电流电压、谐波指标数据采集的准确度问题。针对目前窄带物联网应用开发的复杂性以及行业开发标准较为封闭,提出了窄带物联网开发的三层框架,有效解决了窄带物联网应用开发的复杂性问题,为同类开发提出一种新的方案。文中采用STM32芯片、HT7036计量芯片和ME3616通讯芯片开发了一套性价比较高的智能电能表;通过和标准表比对,所设计的智能电能表运行稳定,通信安全可靠,测量精度达到0.5级精度要求,在同类产品中居于先进水平。

Abstract:The overall, hardware and software design scheme of smart electricity meter based on NB-IoT is introduced, and a three-layer development framework for NB-IoT development is proposed. Several key technologies such as surge response, current and voltage sampling algorithm and harmonic measurement are studied, and improved algorithms are proposed. Compared with the data collected by standard meters, the designed smart electricity meters meet the requirements of accuracy, stable operation, low acquisition frequency, safe and reliable communication, and lower cost than similar electricity meters.
