摘    要:文章针对现场使用中已经达到设计使用寿命的单相智能电能表,选取使用环境不同的多个现场网点,采用现场校验仪、现场检定装置、精密稳定电源等设备对运行中的单相智能电能表进行现场误差检测、现场日计时检测、现场电量比对等测试;然后将单相智能电能表拆回实验室在参比条件下通过电能表检定装置进行检测.将两种测试数据和单相智能电能表挂网前...

Abstract:For single-phase intelligentwatt hour meters which have reached the designed service life and choise severaltypical environments,usethe on-site calibrator, on-site verification device, precision and stable power supplier and other equipments to measure on-site error detection, on-site daily time detection, on-site power comparison and other tests on the in used single-phase smart energy meter. Then, the single-phase intelligent watt hour metersarebe taken back to the laboratory and tested by the electric watt hour meter verification device under the reference condition. Compare the two kinds of test data with the test data before the single-phase intelligent watt hour metersare connected to the network to analyze the attenuation of various functions of the single-phase intelligent watt hour meter after reaching the design life, and evaluate the single-phase intelligent watt hour meter"s continued life extension reliability.
