摘    要:针对对抗装备结构复杂、自动化程度高以及测试时间长、维修保障困难和维修费用高等问题,利用模糊集理论、专家系统、神经网络、故障树和小波分析等技术,结合虚拟仪器技术,研制了结构灵活、诊断任务分解合理、诊断效率较高、推广性较好的智能故障诊断系统,可以大大降低故障发生率,节约维修成本,缩小维修范围,减少维修工作量,提高设备的可用率,从而减少提前维修的人为差错和早期故障,使维修工作变被动为主动。

Abstract:Aiming at such characteristics of countermeasure equipment as complex structure,high degree of automatization,difficult servicing-guarantee and high upkeep costs,we combined fuzzy theory,expert system,NN,fault tree and wavelet analysis with virtual instruments,and developed an intelligent fault diagnosis system,which has many advantages,such as flexible structure,reasonably decomposed assignment,higher efficiency and easy popularization.It can reduce faults,save cost,reduce scope of maintenance,lessen workload,improve availability,decrease human errors and make servicing initiative.
