石英挠性加速度计的温度补偿研究

摘    要:针对加速度计温度补偿过程中的滞后性误差,提出了实时的温度补偿校正方法。建立了石英挠性加速度计的差分温度传导模型,并以此为基础对加速度计的输出进行了实时温度补偿校正。通过试验验证,此方法能显著减小温度对石英挠性加速度计输出的影响,有效地提高加速度计的测量精度。

Abstract:To solve the hysteretic error of accelerometer temperature compensation,a real-time revising method of temperature compensation was presented.The difference model of QFA(quartzes flexible accelerometer)'s temperature transmitting was given.Based on the difference model,real-time temperature compensation correction was made to the QFA.Results show that this method can markedly reduce the temperature effect on the QFA,and improve the measure precision of accelerometer.
