微格教学在师范生培养中的作用

Role of Microteaching Training for Normal School Students

The disadvantages existed in the teaching process of the students in modem normal colleges were ana- lyzed. Based on the characteristics of microteaching, the role microteaching on the normal students＇ training was dis- cussed.
