High Precision Angle Displacement Sensor to Torsional Rigidity Measuring

A new design metbod is introduced on a special high precision angle displacement sensor to the autornatic measuring appantus to twist arrn torsional ri- gidity in the top. The sensor adopts inductance principle and meastures angle displacement by converting are displacement in the range of small angle. The scheme not only solves untouching measure that it will not produce force, but also makes the construction of the precision instrument simple and to be easy to fix. Practical application have proved that the sensor accord with the demands,reach design target and they have high performace/price ratio.
