| 摘 要： | 河南省化石能源资源丰富,但易开采的能源资源已濒临枯竭,可再生能源资源开发不足.以煤为主的能源结构和过多的高耗能产业是造成河南省能源短缺和环境污染等问题的主要原因.政府部门应提前谋划,通过资金、政策的方法鼓励发展先进能量技术等才是解决河南能源问题正确途径.

| Abstract: | There is rich fossil energy in province but energy resources easy to exploit are depleting. Renewable energy resource is deficiencies. Energy structure of coal - dominated and industries of high energy - consuming have caused issues of energy shortage and environmental pollution in Henan province. Government should plan and encourage the development of advanced energy technologies to solve the energy problem in Henan by the method of funding and policies. |
