生物质型煤燃烧特性

摘    要:以无烟煤、玉米秸秆和黄土为原料,研究了玉米秸秆含量为5%~35%的生物质型煤在不同试验条件下的燃烧特性。通过热重试验获取了温度与质量间的关系,找出了各阶段燃烧特征温度和挥发分最大失重速率,计算了燃烧全过程温度范围,燃烬率和失重速率所占面积。通过与传统型煤的试验结果比较,生物质型煤燃烧特性好,挥发分初始析出温度降低了50℃,到最后燃烧基本结束温度降低了186℃,燃烬率提高了10%。

Abstract:The biomass compound coal(BCC) composed of anthracite coal,corn haulm and loess was taken as the object of study.The combustion characteristic of the BCC containing 5%~35% of the corn haulm was studied by the thermo gravimetry under different experiment conditions.The relationships between the temperature and the sample mass were obtained and the characteristic temperatures at different combustion stages and the maximum mass loss rate of the volatile fraction were found.The whole temperature range of the co...
