摘    要:用水热法制备微米尺寸La2O3花状微球粉体,并通过浸渍/热分解法在该粉体上载入纳米尺寸的NiO,制得催化剂NiO/La2O3.利用XRD、SEM、BET对催化剂的结构进行了表征.采用石英砂混和催化剂,组装固定床反应器对催化剂的性能进行测试.装载0.7~1.0g催化剂,液体处理量0.05 mL/min.结果表明,该方法合成的NiO/La2O3催化剂对低温乙醇水蒸气重整反应表现出较高的活性和高的H2产率,同时该催化剂使用寿命达到1 000h,反复起动重复测试13次后,表现出了高稳定性和循环启动性.

Abstract:Flowerlike micro spheres La2O3 powders were prepared by the hydrothermal method.The NiO/La2O3 catalyst was obtained by impregnation and pyrolysis method.The catalyst structure was characterized through X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electronic microscope(SEM) technologies.The cordierite alveolus ceramic was used as the carrier,and the catalytic properties of the catalysts were tested using a fix bed micro-reactor fitted in a programmable oven.The results show that this special catalyst of NiO/La2O3 has high activity and yield of products for ethanol steam reforming reaction at low temperature.The catalysis properties of the catalysts were tested using a fix bed micro-reactor fitted in a programmable oven when 0.7-1.0 g catalyst was loaded and the in-flow liquid was 0.05 mL/min.The catalyst stability was more than 1 000 hours.After 13 times of repeated cycle test,the catalyst shows high stability and good catalytic activity.
