摘    要:富源低热值燃料热电公司在电厂初步设计过程中贯彻了煤炭资源综合利用、热电联产、循环经济等理念;在生产运行管理中从降低厂用电率、降低发电标煤耗和节约生产用水等方面狠抓节能减排工作,积极开展"三废"综合治理及技术改造革新,在脱硫、节水、节能等方面取得了显著成效。

Abstract:Firstly,the idea of comprehensive coal utilization,co-production of thermoelectricity and implemented in the preliminary design for the power plant;secondly,in plant operation,measures for reduction of energy consumption and pollutant emission resolutely taken as lowering down in-plant electricity and process water consumption and standard coal consumed per kw·h,comprehensive treatment and control of "three refuses" and technical conversion and innovation positively developed;remarkable achievement in desulfurization and reduction of energy and water consumption attained.
