液压支架用电液主控阀的动态分析

摘    要:根据电液主控阀的受力分析,建立主控阀的数学模型1],并在AMESim环境下搭建一个完整的电液控制系统,通过分析主控阀的动态特性和2个阀芯的开启顺序,得出主控阀的位移、流量和压力响应曲线。结果表明,稳态液动力是影响阀芯动态性能的关键因素。

Abstract:The force status of the electro-hydraulic master valve was analyzed.Following the idea of studying the working principle after the structural analysis and then building the dynamic mathematical model and conducting the simulation,the paper built the mathematical model of the master valve,and then established a completed electro-hydraulic control system in AMESim according to the model.It also stressed the dynamic characteristics of the master valve as well as the opening order of two spools,and obtained the variation curve of displacement,flow and pressure of the master valve.The study showed that the steady hydrodynamic force was the key factor affecting the dynamic performance of the spool.
