砷钴硫化矿加压氧化浸出的研究

摘    要:加压氧化盐酸浸出法从含砷硫化矿物(含钴0.96%,砷20.28%,硫31.91%)中浸出钴是国内首创的一项新工艺。该法适用于处理高砷硫多金属复合矿和难处理的金矿石,其特点是不经过焙烧就可直接制取钴、镍、铜等溶液,并可从浸出渣中回收金。由于该工艺不采用焙烧法除砷和硫,因而就避免了砷、硫对环境的污染。试验结果表明,该法具有流程简短、收率高(钴直接回收率90.99%)、操作简便、适应能力强、技术先进、经济和社会效益显著等优点。

Abstract:It is a new process to leach Co from As-bearing sulfide (containing Co 0.96%, As 20.28%, S 31.91%) in hydrochloric acid by pressurized oxidation, which is a first creation in our country. This process is adapted for treating high As-bearing polymetallic complex sulfides and refractory gold ores. The feature of the process is that Co, Ni and Cu solutions can be extracted directly without roasting and gold can be recovered from leached re- sidues. Hence, environmental pollution caused by As and S can be solved. Test results indicate that this process has the advantages of short flowsheet, high recovery (Co recovery 90.99%), simple operation, wide adaptability and advaned te- chnology, etc,. Its economic benefit and social effect are remarkable.
