B级棉花打包钢丝的原料技术条件探讨

摘    要:介绍了线材的化学成分、钢坯低倍组织、非金属夹杂物等因素对B级棉花打包钢丝拉拔性能的影响。分析了线材性能不均匀性产生的原因。通过分析,指出在生产B级棉花打包钢丝时,关键是线材的化学成分均匀。化学成分对钢的内部组织、性能及成品质量起决定作用。根据分析结果提出了原料性能和组织要求、化学成分以及外观和其他技术条件。
